5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Payments must be made in full at checkout via the secure methods provided.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not authorised or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery methods, timelines, and costs will be displayed at checkout.
6.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, but ownership remains with Emporio Luxus (Pty) Ltd until payment is received in full.
6.3 We are not responsible for courier delays but will assist in resolving any delivery issues.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges (CPA Compliance)

7.1 In terms of Section 20 of the CPA, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 (seven) business days of delivery to return your purchase to Emporio Luxus (Pty) Ltd, 4 Kenmaar Road, Claremont, 7700, South Africa (“cooling-off period”), provided the product is:

• Unopened,

• Sealed in its original packaging, and

• In a resaleable condition.

7.2 For hygiene and food safety reasons, coffee products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless defective.
7.3 If goods are defective, damaged, or unsafe as defined under the CPA, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
7.4 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period (usually 10 business days) once returned products are inspected.

8. Product Storage and Shelf Life

8.1 To ensure freshness, coffee products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
8.2 Emporio Luxus (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for spoilage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Emporio Luxus (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute.
